Terms of Service
Effective 2026-08-27
These Terms govern the use of the accommodation reservation service and related services provided on the official website of Hotel Seogwipean (the “Hotel”), operated by B & LEE WORLD Co., Ltd.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Hotel and its guests in connection with the accommodation reservation service provided through the Hotel’s website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① “Website” means hotelseogwipean.com and its subpages, operated by the Hotel.
② “User” means any person who accesses the Website and uses the services provided by the Hotel under these Terms.
③ “Reservation Request” means the User’s offer to enter into an accommodation contract, submitted through the reservation form on the Website.
④ “Reservation Confirmation” means the Hotel’s notice to the User accepting a Reservation Request after review.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
① The Hotel posts these Terms on the Website so that Users may readily review them.
② The Hotel may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable law.
③ Where these Terms are amended, the Hotel will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment on the Website at least 7 days before the effective date, or at least 30 days in advance where the amendment is unfavourable to Users.
④ Amended Terms apply to contracts formed on or after the effective date. Reservations already confirmed remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of the reservation.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
① Through the Website the Hotel provides room and rate information, acceptance and confirmation of reservations, payment methods, acceptance of reservation review, change and cancellation requests, and information on facilities and optional services.
② Services are in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, but may be suspended temporarily for reasonable cause such as system maintenance, facility repair, or telecommunications failure.
③ Where a suspension is planned, the Hotel will announce it on the Website in advance; where advance notice is not possible for unavoidable reasons, notice will be given afterwards.
Article 5 (Reservation Request and Formation of Contract)
① The User submits a Reservation Request by entering the required details — stay dates, room type, number of guests and guest information — in the reservation form on the Website.
② A Reservation Request submitted through the Website constitutes an offer and is not confirmed at the moment of submission. The accommodation contract is formed when the Hotel, having verified room availability, notifies the User of the Reservation Confirmation.
③ The Hotel may decline a Reservation Request in any of the following cases:
- no rooms remain available for the requested dates;
- the guest information provided is false, or another person’s information has been used;
- the request is made independently by a person under 19 years of age without the consent of a legal representative;
- it is evident that the room will be occupied beyond its stated capacity;
- normal provision of accommodation is impracticable due to a natural disaster, facility repair or similar cause.
④ The Hotel notifies the User of confirmation or refusal by text message, KakaoTalk notification or email, using the contact details provided by the User.
Article 6 (Rates and Payment)
① Room rates are those displayed on the Website, and displayed amounts are inclusive of value-added tax.
② Rates may vary by period, including peak season, weekends and public holidays. The rate that applies is the amount stated in the Reservation Confirmation.
③ The User may pay by credit card, bank transfer, or payment on site.
④ Credit card payments are processed through the payment gateway Payple Co., Ltd. The Hotel does not itself collect or store card numbers or other payment credentials.
⑤ The account for bank transfers is set out below. If the name of the remitter differs from the name on the reservation, please notify the Hotel in advance.
Account holder: B & LEE WORLD Co., Ltd.
⑥ A Reservation Confirmation may be cancelled if payment is not received by the deadline set by the Hotel.
Article 7 (Change, Cancellation and Refund)
① The User may request a change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation. A change request may be declined depending on room availability for the dates concerned.
② Cancellation fees are calculated on the room rate for the first night of the stay and applied according to the number of rooms booked. The notice period is counted from the first night of the stay.

④ Refunds are, in principle, issued to the original payment method. For credit card payments, 3 to 7 business days may be required depending on the processing schedules of the card issuer and the payment gateway.

- the User uses abusive language or violence against another guest or a member of Hotel staff, or there is a clear risk of such conduct;
- the User acts in breach of law, public order or good morals.
② Where the contract is terminated under paragraph ①, the Hotel may decline to refund the remaining accommodation charges and the User shall vacate the room immediately.
Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)
① The Hotel is not liable where it is unable to provide its services due to force majeure, including natural disaster, power failure, telecommunications failure, or administrative orders arising from the spread of an infectious disease.
